As the holiday season kicks into full swing, kids are sharing toys, treats, hugs and unfortunately, germs too. One of the easiest ways to keep your family healthy this winter is simple: wash your hands often and correctly.
At HealthCARE Express, we see a big rise in colds, flu, and other seasonal illnesses this time of year. The good news? Teaching kids good handwashing habits can help prevent many of these illnesses before they start.
And to make it fun, we created a festive coloring sheet and a cheerful jingle your little ones can sing while washing up!
