HealthCARE Express clinics unite to make a difference for neighbors in need.
As the fall season arrives, many families in the Oklahoma City area face the challenges of food insecurity. At HealthCARE Express, we know that caring for health means more than urgent care visits; it means supporting our neighbors where they need us most. That’s why we’re proud to host a month-long canned food drive throughout October at our OKC-area clinics in Moore, Choctaw, Midwest City, and Edmond.
Local Food Banks & Pantry Partners in the Oklahoma City Area
Your donations will support food banks and pantries across the Oklahoma City metro, including:
- Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma – The largest hunger-relief organization in the state, serving families across central Oklahoma.
Why Canned Food Drives Matter
“Hunger doesn’t just impact the body; it affects every part of life,” said Dr. Spencer Reynolds, of HealthCARE Express. Families who struggle with food insecurity often face higher stress, health challenges, and barriers in education. By partnering with food banks across the Oklahoma City area, we can make sure more neighbors have access to nutritious meals and hope.”
Canned goods are one of the most effective ways to help because they are shelf-stable, versatile, and nutritious. By donating in October, you’re helping local food banks prepare for the busy holiday season, when need often reaches its highest point.

Dr. Reynolds encourages everyone to take part:
“One small act of generosity can ripple through an entire community. If every family in the Oklahoma City area gave a few cans, we could provide thousands of meals this season. That’s what community care looks like.”
At HealthCARE Express, we’re committed to being more than a clinic; we’re your partners in building a stronger, healthier community. This October, join us in Moore, Choctaw, Midwest City, or Edmond, and help us fight hunger one can at a time.
