Klondike Leadership Academy: Creating Tomorrow's Leaders

In a world full of followers we need leaders who can step up and help others shine. Like most things, it’s best to teach leadership skills to children while they’re still young. Luckily, the Klondike Leadership Academy is here for just that! Klondike Leadership Academy is a program designed to challenge and enlighten your child, or children, on owning their responsibilities. At KLA we have seven core values that we will help teach your children:

The Seven Leadership Skills

  1. Yes, I Can!

  2. Work Comes Before Play

  3. Listen Before You Speak

  4. Together is Better

  5. Help to Inspire Others

  6. Commitment

  7. Leaders Are Readers

This program is for children in kindergarten through fifth grade, and it can be done at school or in the home. Children can work at a pace they’re comfortable with, and best of all, the program is FREE!

Our 2018-2019 year kicked off on June 15th and will run through April 30, 2019. Your child can still join the fun, so don’t wait! At the end of the school year, Klondike Leadership Academy hosts an award ceremony. Last year, we awarded two hard-working kids with trips for them and one parent on a Disney Cruise!
