Terms and Conditions as Follows

Sponsor

The 20 Gifts for 20 Years Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Healthcare Express Urgent Care (“Healthcare Express,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:

  • Employees of Healthcare Express

  • Immediate family members of Healthcare Express employees

  • Members of the same household as Healthcare Express employees

Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on January 19, 2026, and ends on January 23, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries will officially close at 8:01 PM (20:01) on January 23, 2026.
Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Participants may enter the Giveaway by completing the official entry form via:

  • Scanning a QR code available at participating Healthcare Express clinic locations

  • Submitting the entry form on the Healthcare Express website

  • Submitting the entry form through Healthcare Express social media promotions or other approved digital channels

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.

Prizes

A total of twenty (20) prizes will be awarded as part of the 20 Gifts for 20 Years Giveaway.

  • Four (4) prizes will be awarded each day during the Giveaway Period.

  • Prizes will be selected and assigned solely by Healthcare Express.

  • Winners may not choose which prize they receive.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value.

  • No substitutions or exchanges are permitted.

Winner Selection & Announcement

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Healthcare Express will:

  • Record and post videos of prize drawings on social media platforms

  • Notify winners using the contact information provided on the entry form

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, or is determined to be ineligible, Healthcare Express reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Redemption

Redemption instructions will be provided directly to winners.

Failure to follow redemption instructions may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the sole discretion of Healthcare Express.

Marketing Communications & Consent

By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to receive email and/or text communications from Healthcare Express, including newsletters, health information, and promotional content.

Participants may unsubscribe from communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in messages.

General Conditions

Healthcare Express reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway due to technical issues, fraud, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its control

  • Make final determinations regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize distribution

All decisions made by Healthcare Express are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Healthcare Express from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway is subject to Healthcare Express’s Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL].

Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable state and federal laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
