This privacy policy explains what information HealthCARE Express ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep it short and honest. Below is a complete list of what this site collects and why.
Site analytics
As you browse, we record the pages you visit, the website that referred you (if any), and the date — all server-side, in our own database. This data is not shared with anyone.
To count distinct visitors per day without storing your identity, we generate a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address, your browser's User-Agent string, the current date, and a private application key. This hash rotates daily, cannot be reversed, and cannot be linked to you across days. We never store raw IP addresses from page views.
If you arrive from a tagged marketing link (one carrying campaign parameters) or submit a form, we also record which campaign referred you against a separate one-way hash of those same identifiers. Unlike the daily hash above, this campaign-attribution hash does not rotate, so a later visit or form submission from the same source can be recognised — but it still cannot be reversed to identify you, is never shared, and is deleted on the retention schedule below.
Our analytics does not set any tracking cookies and does not fingerprint your browser or device.
Analytics records are kept for 365 days and then deleted.
Forms you submit
When you submit a form on this site (such as a contact form), we store the fields you fill in along with your IP address and the date, so we can respond to your inquiry and protect against abuse. Form contents may also be emailed to us.
Details you provide through forms (such as your name and email address) may be added to our contact database so we can follow up with you.
Contact records
We keep a contact database (CRM) on our own server. If you contact us, fill in a form, or do business with us, we may store your name, email address, phone number, company, and a record of our interactions so we can serve you. This data is not shared with third parties.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and your subscription status. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
We may record whether a newsletter was opened and which links were clicked, to understand which content is useful.
AI chat assistant
We offer an AI-powered chat assistant to help answer your questions. When you use the chat, your messages and the assistant's replies are stored on our servers so we can improve the service and maintain a record of the conversation. Messages are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses. We do not use these conversations to identify you.
Chat conversations are automatically deleted after 90 days.
On-site search
If you use the search field on this site, we log the search term, where you searched, how many results came back, and the date. This helps us identify content gaps. Search queries are not linked to your identity.

Selling or sharing your data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and the retention periods noted in each section apply. Data you ask us to delete is removed without undue delay.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the contact page on this site — we will respond as required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves — for example, when we add or remove a feature that affects what data is collected. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
