Download the App
Get the free healow app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

Enter Our Practice Code
Search for your practice by entering the HealthCARE Express Practice Code: JBHHAD.

Log In
Enter your portal username — the email you provided at your visit — and your password to log in.

Set Up Your PIN
Create a PIN to securely access your health records any time.

Contact us
Your username is the email address you provided when filling out forms for your visit at HealthCARE Express. Once we have marked you as web-enabled, you can log in with that email.
Press the “Trouble Logging In” button on the login page, and you can reset your username (email) or password.
The HealthCARE Express Practice Code is JBHHAD.
To log in for the first time using your practice code, tap “Get Started,” enter the Practice Code JBHHAD, and tap “Login.”
If you get locked out of your account, contact your local HealthCARE Express clinic and we will help you get back in.
You will have to uninstall and reinstall the healow app to reset the account ownership, then set it up again.

Some tests take longer than others to come back from the lab. Please check your portal daily — we push your results to the portal as soon as we receive them.
If you are calling about test results, the fastest option is to check the patient portal at health.healow.com/hce or the healow app — results appear there as soon as we receive them.
