No Insurance, No Problem
HealthCARE Express gladly accepts patients without insurance. Our cash pay prices start at $175 for office visits. Additional charges will be applied for lab tests, vaccines, medications, supplies, complex procedures, tests, prescriptions, and x-ray services as deemed necessary by the medical provider.
Posted prices include discounts for cash or credit card payments at time of service. Patients should report the discount on any claim to a third-party payer.
Payment Options
HealthCARE Express accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance Gladly Accepted
HealthCARE Express accepts most major types of insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, SoonerCare, Tricare, TriWest, and workers' comp insurance. HealthCARE Express is billed as an urgent care center to your insurance company. This means your co-pay may be cheaper than a visit to the emergency room, but may be higher than a visit to your primary care doctor. Please check your insurance coverage to find out if your co-pay will be different.
