Keep that Apple Crisp
Don’t you hate it when your sliced apples start to turn brown soon after you cut them? So much for skipping a step at lunchtime and having apples already cut… What if we told you there’s a way to cut your apple and still have it delicious and crisp by lunchtime?
Once you’ve cut your apple, place a rubber band around its middle to hold the pieces together. This should keep the pieces from oxidizing! You can even add a bit of lemon juice to the slices for good measure to make sure they stay tasty.
